I applied online, probably about 4 or 5 times and finally I recieved an email to take a skills test online. The skills test consisted of a virtual call where I was required to answer customers call and give the best answer for what they needed. If you have ever worked in a call center before its pretty easy. If you have not you should speak with someone who has before taking the test and then answer the questions to the best of your ability. (Pretend your the customer what would you want a customer service rep to say to you). I waited about a week and recieved another email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of behavioral type questions. "Tell me about a time . . ." The lady on the phone had no personality and I thought I had bombed it but I got a call about a week asking if I could come in for another interview. I went in the next day and completed a 2:1 interview which consisted of more behavioral questions. I think it went great but of course I cant be sure. They have to do a background check, she told me when the position started and that I would be hearing something either way it went. So now im just waiting. The background check is through Hire Right and I know from personal experience that they are a little unorganized so i'm currently at there mercy.
