Was sent an email from WellDyne Human Resources that they were moving forward with my application and to provide my availability to set up a phone screen. I promptly replied same day with my availability for the following week. Never received a response to set up the phone screen. 13 days later, I received an email with an update to my application stating that they are moving forward with another candidate. Poor communication and unprofessional interview process. Grateful to dodge this place for employment consider the role I applied to.
