It was short they where very short on staff. I was hired almost on the spot. In retrospect it should have been a tad bit more difficult to help weed out some of the workers that did not preform to professional standards .

To be honest, I don't remember much about the hiring and interview process. I know I filled out a paper application and I was called back within 3 days. I had to appear at the store's HR office and take a personality test. I had to give them social security and do the typical background check stuff. I waited I think maybe a week before I got a call back (reasonable amount of time to wait, I think). I went in on the day they wanted to see me and the (now former) assistant store manager conducted my interview. It was very typical "Name a time you helped a customer" etc. Easy stuff. It wasn't too long after that I was hired to work for Weis.
