It was thorough in questioning, it mostly asked about experience that could pertain to the job in which you have applied and didn’t ask about strengths or weaknesses like in some interviews.

Entretien
Quick and simple, the managers were really friendly. The onboarding training wasn't too difficult to learn either, and my coworkers have been a blast to work with. The shadowing was rather simple, and it's been easy to ask questions.

Straightforward, questions focused on customer service experience and hypotheticals on how you would handle a situation. Schedule flexiblity/availability was also discussed from both sides. Interviewed with front end store manager.
