I spoke with the Program Manager in his office across the street from HR and he offered me the Case Management position ion the spot. He brought in the Program Director to ensure that I was a good fit, and they both agreed that I had the personality to work with the homeless population. He also admitted that most people get scared/put off with the location of the position as it's smack dab in the middle of Skid Row.
