Prior to obtaining a phone interview, you had to take an online personality test. Next came the phone interview followed by an in person interview. The phone interview was completed by the recruiter and in person interview was done by your hiring manager.

Entretien
it is very gentle and nice asking all about general inquiries and experiences. First by phone screening interview second and third by face to face interview asking more detail about knowledge and skill.
