Phone interview, in person interview with 4 managers, mock phone call sales pitch, homework, the process took over 3 weeks.
I felt that the hiring mangers had already made their decision before the interview.
It seems like the cultural fit is more important than your experience. They seem to hire all women.

There were 4 people, all of which turned to be middle management of different teams. They put me in a very small room and began fire away asking questions and building rapport.
