The day after applying I received an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went really well (or so I thought). The interviewer told me that I would receive a call in one to two weeks from the hiring manager for another interview or to advise that they weren't persuing my application. One week went by and I emailed the person I interviewed with to check the status... no response.... then at two weeks I called to check the status and I received no response. It would have been nice to hear even if they weren't interested. She could have responded to my email or verbal message left.

The questions were straightforward and aligned with my experience, so I felt prepared. The interviewer was very pleasant, professional, and easy to talk to.
