The interview was conducted directly with the CEO or director. It was a one-on-one discussion focused on understanding my approach to client work and problem-solving. No practical exercises or task-based assessments were included. One example question asked how I would handle a client being unhappy with a design, which I answered by explaining that I would revise the design until the client was satisfied. The process was straightforward and brief.
