J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Webjet (Melbourne) en févr. 2017
Entretien
These people are most insane thing I have ever seen in IT industry, They make you do their online test which takes like 10 hours minimum if you want to perfect it then they call you for interview, you talk with very ignorant old mindset people who remember few questions belong to 2005 era, At the end and after they saw that your CV is all about Java and you did the test in Java and they job description is about Java, after all that the say: we want NodeJs developer not Java developer.
The most irritating thing is that I told the recruiter I don't want to continue the online test you gave me it is big and not clear what matters in it. the recruiter came back convincing me to continue, and then called me again saying they liked what I did. then what I mentioned above happened, so stupid!
Went through 3 rounds of on call and a coding test using React and .Net. First one with HR for screening, Second one with HoE for cultural fit, 3rd one technical with architects. The interviews were relevent and questions were based on skills mentioned in JD.
