I found the job offer on LinkedIn and applied on their website. I scheduled a call with Remy, the CTO. Very nice guy, interesting conversation about teamwork processes, cool projects and what I like to do. Unfortunately, we didn't discuss the compensation which is not in line with my expectations at all. I found later on that the position was intended for a junior to medior developer, but that was not mentioned in the job offer - they only mentioned "at least 2 years of experience with Ruby".
