I can't say enough good things about the candidate experience at Webflow. While I wasn't offered the role, it was an extremely positive, empathetic, and supportive experience. The recruiter I communicated with was so helpful, kind and supportive. They have a very equitable interview process where everyone gets the same set of questions. They move fast and don't leave you hanging- there is a lot of proactive communication and things move forward quickly. The folks I met with are incredibly kind and intelligent.
