I was already an employee, looking for advancement. I was called in for the interview, which was conducted by HR, and department head. It was a behavioral analysis type of interview, with many questions. Of which most had nothing to do with the job, but the candidates reaction to the questions. Be prepared to explain alot of "why" or "how did you" questions.
