My interviewing experience was one of a kind. Although, it was quite a while ago, the owner, Brad, made it absolutely memorable.
Everything went as expected for an interview process with the exception of having a very green manager ask me the same questions the other interviewer (owner, Brad's wife, don't remember what her name was, I only remember Brad referring to her as Bessie, which wasn't her name) in the same room at the same time. It was definitely redundant.
The dog they have in the office, was definitely sweet, and I would love to have a dog around my workplace. The only difference is that I wouldn't let him in interviews as animals tend to distract in that situation.
*But the cake on my interview was not during or after the interview but before when owner Brad decided to (behind my back but seen because of a shiny object) make a large boobs motion. Completely inappropriate and inexcusable for an owner, manager, or even employee.*
Stay classy WebPT. Thanks for an experience I will never forget and have shared many times.

Question 1
The questions were very standard. Nothing too difficult.

Not complicated process. They use an independent recruiter for the initial screen and she posts ads on some obscure sites. The independent recruiter was very nice. The one on one depends on your department, but overall the process seems to be more about personality fit. I've heard development positions require a skill test and one of the Sr. Developers can be a major jerk to show off his own skills. The customer support is easy to pass if you push customer care skills since they spend a lot of time apologizing to customers for changes, outages and broken functions.
