WebpageFX has an intense interview process with a 4 round structure. After you submit your resume, they ask you to fill out a several question written interview. Once you pass that round, you then move onto a phone interview with one of the department's hiring managers who will be your point of contact for the entirety of the process. The questions are the usual phone interview variety. You're then asked to come in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager for some face-to-face time. At this point you'll have the traditional interview questions, but you're also required to take a spelling test, a 50 question logic text, and a personality assessment. If you make it through this round, the final step is to come in and give a presentation to different hiring managers and the two co-founders of the company.
