HR called spontaneously after seeing my CV and after a 30 minute conversation told me that she wanted to shortlist me and would be in touch ASAP the next week with next steps. Seemed positive. They then completely went silent and didn't respond to any of my calls despite numerous colleagues passing on my message. After two weeks of no responses, I finally heard back from HR stating that they decided to not proceed. That's totally fine, however it's a shame that they were so unresponsive and avoidant in their treatment of a potential applicant, especially given how enthusiastic she was initially. I asked her for feedback (a fairly natural thing to do), and she responded curtly that my persistence wouldn't be a fit with the company. Fairly rude and negative experience with Wealth Dynamix!
