El proceso fue muy rápido y completo, con entrevistas en diferentes áreas, claro en cada una de sus etapas y con una comunicación constante. Incluye un assessment pare medir realmente tus habilidades en ventas y manejo de objeciones.

First there is an Initial interview screen with the recruiter and then you will have individual interviews with 2-3 people and if you get to the final round, there will be a presentation to a panel.

Question 1
Questions included success and quota attainment in previous roles and general background information. The panel included a case study of how you would bring occupancy up in an under performing building and a 30/60/90 sales plan.

it was very straightforward, the interviewer was respectful and mindful however the whole thing felt it was taken from a book as it was full of cliches and did not really feel like an international company process rather a new graduate setting it up
