J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WeWork (Seattle, WA) en mars 2019

Horrible group interview, no way to talk to the people who would actually be at your location or make a connection with someone. Weird clut-y competition feeling and just overall uncomfortable.

I had 2 phone interviews, one with the head of the hiring committee, one with (who would have been) my direct supervisor and one more (in-person) with a panel of 3 current employees.

I was interviewed by two girls - one who was a Front Desk Associate and the other a Manager of some type. The FDA was warm and friendly but my main interviewer, the Manager, was not. She asked me questions but hardly looked at me during my interview and the FDA had to jump in to answer questions that I had at the end. All of this took place at the front desk, which I thought was kind of an awkward place to have an interview at anyway.
I was disappointed because I really love WeWork but the interview didn't go well.

Question 1
I was asked by the Manager if I would accept a FDA position INSTEAD of the position I applied for - the Associate Community Manager, which kind of threw me off. Why would you ask me a question like that if you weren't looking for an ACM?
They asked a lot about Marketing so I think that is the main reason why I didn't get the position because I didn't emphasize that I could sell. I get it - you need to make money but again, maybe don't advertise for a Associate Community Manager in that way... ask for a Marketing Manager instead.
