J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez WeWork (New York, NY) en août 2021
Entretien
It was a 30-minute interview with a recruiting manager where I was asked to elaborate on my previous work experience in high-end interior design as well as some specific projects and challenges I faced doing said work. The conversation was fairly fast-paced and after explaining the role responsibilities I was given time to ask questions as well.

Entretien
I had applied for an Associate Designer position online. After a few days of the application, I got an email for an interview.
First of all, the interviewer was late to the call and it was a very quick interview (10 minutes rather than the 30 minutes which was said on the email) where I was not asked much about my skills and was only asked to "introduce" myself, my desired salary and my visa status.
It felt like I was another number that needed to be done. And honestly, it felt like the result of the interview was already decided even before the interview was conducted.
