Let me start with saying that I was highly qualified for this position. Had 4 interviews over zoom - one with recruiter, two with two different community managers, and one with area director. Then did a 3-hour shadow at one of the locations. Made it through all rounds with green flags, was assured transparency and that everyone I met loved me! This was over a month process and all the while telling me they wanted to move fast just to add another interview. As I was patiently waiting for a response of whether or not I was hired, my recruiter became unresponsive to any of my emails of request in update. Felt completely defeated. In the post-pandemic world, our time is valuable. To string a client along for over a month and not respond to say I was not hired is completely disrespectful. Month goes on and I see they have opened 5+ Community Lead positions in my city, you would think they would reach out. So disappointed. -60k-65k Salary -M-F, 8-5

Le processus de recrutement s'est déroulé dans un espace WeWork à Paris avec deux managers de l'équipe Community. L'entretien portait sur mon parcours professionnel, mon expérience en relation client et ma capacité à créer du lien entre les membres. Les échanges ont été professionnels, bien structurés et les managers ont pris le temps de répondre à mes questions sur le poste et l'entreprise. Une expérience globalement positive et respectueuse.
