Applied through LinkedIn and was reached by their HR to schedule the first round of interview. After the first video call interview, I did about 3 more interviews with them which included an in-person interview at one of their locations in Beijing. I did not think any of the questions were particularly hard but what bothered me was the fact that they simply ghosted me afterward. I understand that job applicants often do not receive an email or a notification if rejected from the very beginning. However, I went through 4 interviews and did not get any answer or feedback from them.

Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
