Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WeWork (San Jose, CA) en nov. 2017

There was no phone interview, I was asked to come in for a 30 minute sit down that went very well. We talked through my resume and basic background info. My interviewee wanted me to meet someone higher up in the company that same day but that person ended up not being available so I left and we scheduled another 30 minute interview for the following week. That interview was potentially going to be a team shadowing experience as well so I cleared my whole day and went down to San Jose from the East Bay for a second time. This interview was with a different person but almost identical to the first, it was clear they had not spoken to each other at all. At the end of the interview I was informed the team was going through changes at the moment and it would be difficult to do the shadowing the same day. So I went home and the first person I interviewed with followed up saying they would like to schedule the team shadowing at the SF office the following week and asked when I would be available. I sent a few days that would work for me and I never heard back. Even after following up there was no response. Extremely unprofessional and if they did not want me to continue in the interview process they should not have begun to schedule it.

The recruiter seemed disoriented and asked the same question multiple times. I wasn’t able to get a word in anytime they spoke. Felt rushed. The interview apologized for sounding flustered

All about community? The process took about a month. I met with five different individuals consisting of a phone interview, zoom call, and two onsite interviews meeting with multiple people. Interviews were resheduled quite a bit, yet I was open to working with their scheduling efforts. After meeting with 5 individuals over the course of the entire month I was simply sent a boiler plate rejection email and no feedback whatsoever (from a recruiter I had never even met) It was really impersonal for a company that prides themselves on community and building relationships. The whole process was a massive waste of time with no answers and no feedback.
