J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez WeWork (Londres, Angleterre) en mars 2017
Entretien
Applied online and about a week later I received nothing but an invitation to do a video interview answering 8 questions through the VideoInterview (tti) app. I thought that was a bit rushed, not even a 'Hello' in the email... The interview was set up as 6 video answers and 2 written. You have 30 seconds to read the question and then 1min 30sec to answer. The questions were relatively easy. The bad experience came from the lack of contact afterwards whatsoever.
J'ai passé un entretien chez WeWork (Tel Aviv-Yafo)
Entretien
Very professional and relevant to the job. Respect my time. Had one interview. Got the answers fast. Kept in touch though the entire process. Explained the role as needed and answered all
My questions.
Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
