Entretien
A recruiter reached out through LinkedIn and expressed great interest and that my "profile really stood out." Then a Calendly link was sent out and I scheduled a time to talk about the position. Due to the company being based in the UK and I'm in the US, I scheduled it for 1am (PST). Then 3 hours before the call is supposed to take place, I get an email that the call has been canceled because "something urgent came up" and "will come back to you asap." A week went by and the communication had stopped, until I made a new appointment. Fast forward 6 hours, I get an email, stating that the call is cancelled again, but this time because they "have a lot of strong profiles in play now and are seeing those out before we add any more." Wayve came to me, I didn't search for them. Then to be treated like a number instead of a potential future employee and be brushed off is very unprofessional and inconsiderate, overall a very rude and bad experience.

A detailed and challenging interview process. A number of stages challenging many different skill level's. You also have a number of interactions with different employees, rather than just an opinion of one person.
