2 round, first with ceo second with a team manager. Both were very professional, all employees at office seemed very cheery, and very enthusiastic about new hires coming aboard. 1st round is one on one with Matt the Ceo, very personable, low pressure enviornment 2nd round is with one of their team managers at a coffee shop, less formal interview and more conversation to ensure fit with company. Very pleasant process if you are looking for field sales training with no prior background
