The process consisted of submitting resume, working on a project to show capability and then an interview. If you clear the interview, salary and work hour discussion. Then I got the result that I got selected.

First there was a phone interview with the hiring committee (4-5 people) followed by in-person interview with the same hiring committee where different, more in depth questions were asked.
