Very cumbersome and so many red flags along the way! You had to fill a gazillion Likert Scale Questionnaires before getting invite for an actual interview. The person that interviewed me (2nd interview) was the worst - they stated that 8 out of 10 people resign of the process after an interview with them, and know I understand why. They claimed that they like to make candidates reach their limits, their attitude was of a know-it-all, they were right and I knew nothing. Very old type of recruiting approach - make the candidate think question their skills and knowledge, so they can offer them crumbles instead of the comp they deserve. Very toxic interviewer and I guess the work environment would be no different
