I was initially contacted by a recruiter. She booked an intro call, then cancelled it because she assumed I was missing a requirement — something that was actually clearly stated on my CV. We eventually had the rescheduled call.
During the conversation she did not ask any role-specific or technical questions; it was mostly generic behavioural questions. After the call, I received an email saying I was rejected because of 2–3 topics — none of which were ever discussed or validated with me during the call.
Overall this felt disorganised and unprofessional. It did not give a good impression of the hiring process or internal alignment.
