After a few emails I received a test project that had to be completed in an hour using the company's software. It was fairly challenging especially because of the time limit. After passing the test we set up a Skype interview, which was basically going through the test results and answering some questions. Overall it was a very nice process and very convenient as it happened via emails and Skype.
