Sent a CV, telephone interview with HR, interview with hiring manager, then a second interview with a Wates family member/director. Very helpful with accommodating my upcoming holiday which clashed with the original interview dates. However they ignored my request for feedback which didn't leave a good impression considering I was down to the final two candidates.
