Very long with many stages, the first few stages were very easy and then they required me to make a presentation of their software. I spent the whole weekend preparing and the C suite member took the call from a crowded mall. Following that, I did not get a rejection for 2 months (I had already accepted an offer at this time). It felt as if they were not actually hiring for the role.

I really enjoyed the interview process. My experience dealing with recruiters is negative 99% of the time, but Watchful's recruiters were great. They didn't give me an offer, but I really respect how up front they were. The top exeuctive who I interviewed with showed me nothing but respect and I enjoyed speaking with him. I wish other companies would take note. I'd recommend their product purely because of my interview experience haha.
