CIO also was unsure what he was asking. 3rd - face to face interview with CFO and HR Manager. About 1 hour. CFO did all the talking. Questions were softskills related, and some IT skills related 4th - face to face interview with CEO and HR Director. About 30 minutes. CEO was quite stuck up, kept saying WASCO is a small company. No value conversation. HR Director just asked some basic questions. CEO then just walked out.
