10 minute “interview” telling you about the company and then you telling them about yourself. Afterwards you have to take an IQ test. 40 questions in 12 minutes and then 20 questions in 6 minutes. Seeing how well/fast you’re able to solve things under pressure I guess. In person interview follows if you do well with the assessment etc.
