Phone interview with recruiter, then actual interview with the team. Phone interview was approximately one hour, the actual interview was setup a week or so after the phone interview. Actual interview lasted half a day or so with various members of the team

Entretien
One of the worst interviews I've ever had. I thought the conversation was fine with the manager but when I got to the Director, it all went downhill. He was only interested as to why I haven't finished my CPA exams. If you wanted a CPA, make the job description say "CPA Required" instead of preferred. This is supposed to be an interview, not an interrogation.
Also, there are no domestic Financial Analysts at WB. They offshored those roles to India so if you get hired as a SFA, you'll likely be facing a mess.

Entretien
Interviewed with manager and that was it. Met briefly with recruiter to discuss job position and who to interview with. There was slight prep from recruiter that was helpful. Having work experience is emphasized. there's no skills test.
