I applied via their website. I was contacted a week after submitting the application. I had an initial phone call with the hiring manager where I was asked about my experience and programs I was familiar with. I was moved to the next stage which was a zoom interview with one of the directors and project managers. They reviewed my portfolio, asked me questions about my skill sets, what programs I knew. After a couple days was called to do a revit assessment which was done in person. Got a call and emailing with a job offer.
