There were multiple interviews - each with someone new (but very friendly and welcoming) that held different titles to assess different qualities in myself as a prospective hire. It was a great discussion flow in all instances, it didn't feel like a forced interaction or an intimidating and veiled "tell me everything you know" type situation which is all too common in this industry. The initial interviews were followed up by a coding challenge and finally another interview to discuss the coding challenge. All around, the team was very professional and friendly - Waracle could offer hiring-practice courses to others in the sector!
