- Applied online on the Walmart labs job portal. - Recruiter call. - Phone screen coding interview. - Four 1 hour zoom interviews. - 2 coding, 2 Design. - Recruiter and all the interviewers were Indians (looks like no diversity in the company) - All the interviewers were fine but the hiring manager. The manager asked a design question but was not able comprehend my solution. It looked like he already had an answer written somewhere and he was not able to understand another solution to his question. - Coding questions were medium to hard. - Design questions were also medium to hard mostly focusing on scalability, high availability, performance and database design avenues.
