They made me write a huge article that took a lot of time and research. After turning it in, they turned me down with no feedback. It was really thoughtless and there was limited communication throughout.
There were a lot of steps in this process including 2 interviews, one oral test, and a writing test. During two different interviews with the CEO, he was 30 min late each time.

During the testing portion, they ask detailed questions about credit cards including, "list the limitations for credit card fees" and "what are the examples of harassment protected against in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act."
