The initial process included submitting a resume and a single page essay that answered three prompts pertaining to the mission of the Wallace Center’s work in food, ecological and racial justice work. They did send out a follow up form to be completed a few days after the initial submission and they were clear with expectations of applicants. They also were courteous to send an email when I was not chosen for the position.
