The interview was easy. I spoke with the Pharmacy Manager and General Manager during interview in an office and they went over my resume/experience. Getting the interview without a PCTB certification or previous experience with the company was difficult.

Straightforward, started off with introductions. Focused on experience, comfortability with learning new skills, interest in healthcare and Walgreens as a company. It was important to show how and why you’re interested in healthcare.

Take me through a day in the life of your previous place of employment.
Very easy and laid back interview process. Unfortunately, Walgreens doesn’t have a great retention rate so they hire who they can as long as you tell them you have an interest in working long term.

short and to the point, very amiable in the dialog. Got back to me fast in terms of emails and helped me feel at home. People were joyful. They offered me a job on the spot after the interview. I was pretty stunned.
