Apply online, take assessment test at the store, get interviewed by store manager. It was a pretty simple process. The assessment test was mostly on cashier types of questions. If you know how to add and subtract, you should be good!

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
