Very easy . Just mostly asking questions about you and your past job experience/education. Bunch of “what if” questions/scenarios that wasn’t difficult to answer at all. Just relax & be yourself while answering to the best of your ability.

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
