Applied online, they had me come in to complete a skills assessment test and do my interview. The woman who interviewed me was very friendly and pleasant, she helped me along my interview when I stumbled over some of my answers. It was a positive experience, some difficult questions, but overall I left feeling fairly confident.

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
