I applied online and about 2 days later the store manager called me to come in to take an assessment. I took the assessment 2 days after the call, and about a week later he called again to set up an interview. This was my first job interview so I was really nervous, but one of the other managers had told me they really needed people, so it was pretty simple. He asked me 3-4 questions like, can I work holidays, what do I expect my job duties to be, why he should hire me - nothing unexpected. He hired me right there, and I came in a couple days later to do the paperwork and then I spent the weekend doing a lot of training modules on the computer.
