The hiring process consisted of an online application with way too many irrelivant questions. It also was most certainly not the easiest application to complete. There was a call from the employer to set up a time and date to come in for an interview. The interview was pretty lackluster and consisted of some basic company information followed by a series of questions and some small talk about the weather. Next was a brief description of the job duties and finally a short tour of the store.

Hiring process was long and drawn out but it was due to some issues within the store going on. After the interview I waited and received a call within a couple of days that they were still interested. It took me calling a few more times before I actually got the job.

went through many interviews before finaly getting hired, qusetions were typical.. are you going to school? and will you be going to school?. In the end the hiring manager turned out to be nothing like they were during the interview and i even got to work under a manager that deined me employment.
