Was able to schedule my interviews quickly and they were very responsive to emails. They asked very basic questions about your background as well as your motivations for applying. The recruiters were very nice and easy to talk to.
Two district managers asked behavioral questions. It probably took about 30 minutes. I started with my educational and professional backgrounds. I was an intern for them although I had an interview for a different district.

Tell me about how you dealt with a difficult situation.
There were behavior based interview questions, tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses. Usually with a pharmacy and store manager. Maybe with a district manager. A tour is given if interview is in person.
Interview process was really easy - they ask basic questions for any normal pharmacist job and a routine screening. I worked at Walgreens as an intern for most of my college years so there wasn't much additional screening for hiring as a pharmacist.
