Focused on customer oriented skills - desired you to have a PTCB certification - interview itself was very minimal, more just basic questions about yourself and it seemed like you were going to get hired from the start even without the interview.
I filled an application on line then went in to the store to do the assessment part of the interview online and was called a few days later for an interview. The interview was very comfortable and basic questions.
It took 15 minutes, went very smoothly as the person interviewing me made sure I was comfortable and it was not awkward. I recommend working here if you are a student looking for part time work

How do you work with customers/patients in a difficult situation
The interview process was quick and to the point. Expectations were set. However manager was trying to sway me on a different position than what I was applying for leaning more towards the beauty counter just because I was a female.
