Was able to schedule my interviews quickly and they were very responsive to emails. They asked very basic questions about your background as well as your motivations for applying. The recruiters were very nice and easy to talk to.

The DM sat down with me and asked me a few scripted questions she had from corporate. It was pretty straightforward but with my district converting from Rite Aid to Walgreens after the buyout it took a long time to be officially hired

Explain the strategies you use to manage your time effectively and give an example of using it in the workplace
There were behavior based interview questions, tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses. Usually with a pharmacy and store manager. Maybe with a district manager. A tour is given if interview is in person.
Interview process was really easy - they ask basic questions for any normal pharmacist job and a routine screening. I worked at Walgreens as an intern for most of my college years so there wasn't much additional screening for hiring as a pharmacist.
