J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walgreens (Goodlettsville, TN) en févr. 2019
Entretien
I applied for MONTHS. The locations in my area (Goodlettsville, TN) are very selective and rarely have openings. I finally got an interview with the assistant manager of my store. She called me over the phone, said she had seen my resume, and asked me if I was still interested in a position and seeking employment.
I went into the location and interviewed with her alone. I met the store manager, and he was very nice. The ASM was a little shy, so I tried to make her laugh during my interview. I was successful! The questions were very situation based; the typical "What would you do if..." type of questions. Very easy.
Make sure that the situations you've had are similar to what you're applying for. It looks really nice when you can relate. Dress business casual or professional. No resume was needed since they print yours off.
Questions d'entretien [3]
Question 1
Name a time when you had difficulty solving a problem at work.
There was only one interview required after filling out the online form. I spoke with the store owner/manager and heard back quickly. A drug test is the next and final step.

It was very easy and laid back, I still dressed the part but the location mostly hired young adults and high schoolers anyways, so the bar was not super high to begin with.
It was simple and easy. The store manager promptly followed up with me and scheduled an interview that consisted of normal interview questions. I then moved into the onboarding process.
