I interviewed once to get the customer service role and had two internal interviews to be promoted throughout the years. It was very easy, basic interview questions. Make sure you give examples and highlight how your skills fit the role.

I don’t even remember, I think that was in 2021 it’s a lot of what would you do in this scenario type questions. And if you are unsure, just say you would ask your supervisor to make sure.
They took me to the office to ask why I was interested in the job and my qualifications. It was very short and was only about 6 questions. I was in high school at the time so they did ask about my studies and work time balance.
